Scratch is a simple programming environment designed for kids and adults who are learning the concept of coding.
Instead of typing lines of text, as you do with traditional coding, you drag coloured blocks and join them together to build programs.These projects can be saved and you can link to them or embed them as an Iframe into a web page.
We will use these projects as part of our CS Impact Project web page. Connect to Scratch and create an account and start learning the environment.
Here is an example of an interactive project that can be created with Scratch. Games can be created as well.
